September 30 2012

Hello everyone, or maybe no one. I am currently 124 pounds roughly-way better than when I was 135 or even 165. I've finally lost weight the HEALTHY way! The right way- with no pills or anything to help me. I've done it the old fashioned way by cutting out unhealthy foods (for the most part, I do like to give myself a treat every now and then). I eat roughly 1200 calories a day, but I am trying to do calorie cycling (where you switch up your calorie intake everyday of the week, you can do this yourself by going to diet tools and going to the calorie calculator.) It tricks your body so your body doesn't get used to it and you hit no plateaus. I run almost everyday and do strength training about 2-3x a week (I am not going as hard as I can though). What has helped me the most of all is Instagram, I created a profile to post motivational pictures for myself, but I've gained so much more from this profile. The online community of Instagram can help you in so many more ways the people in your real life can. They support you, go through what you're going through, and give you so much advice and plenty more. I finally feel like people understand me.
