Day 2 of WeightLoss Adventure:
Breakfast:
Special K strawberry cereal w/ skim milk.
Carrots/cherry tomatoes w light ranch dressing.
Lunch:
Healthy Choice Sweet n Sour Pork Meal. Around 300 calories.
Dinner:
3 dumplings w/ korean green spicy onion. 2 rice w kim rolls.
Snack:
1 small bag of kettle corn popcorn w/1 half bag of buttered light popcorn. 2 bowls of salad as well. (This is where I went very overoard)
Workout: 1 hour of cardio w/ strength training 10 minutes.
I could have ate a lot better today, doing my best to get closer to more healthy options. The snack portion was too large. Weighed in at 136 this morning compared to the morning before was 134.8. Didn't drink as much water as the day before, only 3 cups which should have been 8. Not giving up!
